An initial biofeedback session takes approximately two hours. The client is seated comfortably, and wears wrist and ankle straps as well as a headband, all of which are connected to the device. Follow-up sessions are usually scheduled for one hour.

The body's subtle energy system is an early warning system. Imbalances in the body's subtle energies show up much earlier than physical disease.
